We deliver all over the world. Please select your address and we will tell you how long delivery takes and what the price will be for shipping. We offer free shipping in Europe on orders over € 89,00.

What does my delivery cost?
We offer free shipment in Europe when you place an order over € 89,00.
Europe:
Package (from): € 8.75
Netherlands:
Does your order fit in the mailbox? € 3,50
Is it a package? € 7,30

Can I choose when to receive the package?
Yes of course, but for now just in the Netherlands. When you finish your new order, you can choose a day, morning or evening delivery.

Evening delivery:
Tuesday-Friday evening 18.00-21.30 € 1.25 extra costs
Morning delivery:
Tuesday-Friday morning be for 12.00 € 10.00 extra costs
Day and time delivery:
Tuesday-Friday no extra costs
Pick up at the post office:
Tuesday-Saturday no extra costs
Early pick up at the post office:
Tuesday-Saturday € 1.25 extra costs

What happens when I’m out when my parcel arrives?
No worries, we’ll leave you a note, attempt to deliver to your neighbour, or come back the next day. Two delivery attempts will be made and then your parcel will be left with the local delivery depot.

Can I track my parcel?
Yes of course. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent your tracking details.

Are there any taxes to pay?
No, there are no hidden costs, the price you pay online is final.

Christmas delivery
Please know we will always send your parcel within 3 working days. So when you like to order some Christmas presents, we recommend you to order latest a (working) week be for Christmas. Please know during Christmas season the delivery companies are pretty busy. You can always track your parcel real time with your tracking code.
