We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days. Please look out for our dispatch email with tracking information.
Our return window is 14 days from the day you received your order. Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com to request a return. All returns must be received back in a resalable condition, with all tags attached. For hygiene reaseons we do not accept returns on our underwear. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit.
We want to return your money as soon as possible. If goods are received back in aresalable condition, refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
